  • Crohn’s disease can sometimes be genetic. Studies have shown that if one of the parents or siblings has this disease, a person is more likely to develop the disease.
  • To smoke
  • Drugs such as aspirin or antibiotics, pain relievers such as ibuprofen and birth control pills
  • An excessively fatty nutritional habit

Nettel (Urtica dioica) 50g

Aloe Vera 50g

Tea: 2g dry nettel, add 150ml boiled water, brew 10min, filter, let it cool a litle, mix a turkish tea spoon (2.5ml)  aloe vera juice in it. Drink fresh two times a day, a week long. Can be sweeten with little honey.
